HEAD CHEF (OR SOLID SOUS READY TO STEP UP) - GERALDTON, WA IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking a Head Chef, or a very solid Sous Chef ready to step into a Head Chef role, to lead our kitchen in Geraldton, Western Australia.

/n

This role suits a chef who can confidently run a kitchen while also working closely and collaboratively with the owner as the venue moves through an exciting rebrand and expansion in a shared, clearly defined direction.

/n

Key responsibilities include:

/n

️ Full kitchen management and leadership

/n

️ Leading, training and managing kitchen staff

/n

️ Menu development, costing and food margin control

/n

️ Restructuring kitchen systems, workflow and team structure

/n

️ Hiring as the team grows

/n

️ Working collaboratively with ownership on menu direction and rebrand vision

/n

️ Maintaining and enforcing exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance

/n
