Hammond Care invites applications for a fixed term, full time Dementia Consultant (Dementia Advisor) at our Horlsey Site in Recent South Wales. You will apply dementia-specific clinical knowledge to improve resident wellbeing and mentor care staff to deliver Hammond Care's philosophy of care.

You will work across teams, share expert knowledge, lead practice development projects, and participate in clinical reviews.
