You won't just be optimising flows, you'll be inventing entirely new ways for customers to connect with our brand within the product experience.

You'll have the freedom and support to help define and translate our creative vision directly into the customer experience, building creative systems that are not only functional but also deeply memorable and emotionally resonant.Key responsibilitiesDefine and evolve a cohesive product creative system covering everything from micro-interactions and animations to brand visuals and in-product storytellingCraft compelling creative concepts with an in-depth understanding of customer needs to amplify the overall experienceTranslate brand and product concepts into system level details for adoption into the component library, with clear guidance to empower product teamsDesign intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that guide customers through product propositions,



features and functionalitiesProactively identify opportunities to help improve our brand and visual language to further enhance the customer experienceCollaborate with stakeholders to proactively define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for product initiativesCollaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers and brand teams to bring creative visions to life through regular feedback sessionsBe an advocate for creative thinking within the product organisation, helping others to think more creatively and strategically about the customer experienceAt Stake, we're interested in your attitude.
