The Shift Leader ensures that service quality, staff performance, and guest satisfaction remain at the highest standards throughout every shift.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong hospitality management, team supervision, and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate restaurant, bar, or hotel staff during shiftsMonitor service quality, guest experience, and operational efficiencyManage staff schedules, task assignments, and workflowHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standardsTrain and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standardsAssist in inventory control, stock management, and reportingSupport management with daily operations and event coordinationRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Shift Leader, Floor Supervisor,
