Working directly with the principals, you'll have full visibility across the business and play a key role in managing financial operations, structuring investments, and driving commercial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end financial management, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecastingOversight of cash flow, funding, and capital management across multiple entitiesProperty-specific reporting and analysis: project costs, ROI modellingLiaising with banks, legal, tax, and external advisors on transactions and structuringSupporting property acquisitions, disposals, and development feasibility assessmentsBuilding and improving systems, processes,



and reporting as the business scalesManaging compliance, tax lodgements, and ATO obligations with external accountantsWhat We're Looking ForA qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with 5+ years' experience in a property, or a chartered environmentStrong financial acumen and attention to detail – but equally comfortable thinking strategicallyA hands-on, "can-do" operator who enjoys variety and problem-solvingExcellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholdersWhy This Role?
