Their portfolio includes hotel refurbishments, high-end workplace interiors and heritage projects throughout the CBD and inner suburbs.With a strong pipeline of secured work, they're seeking an Estimator who enjoys taking ownership of the pricing process and working closely with project teams to secure and successfully deliver projects.The Role As an Estimator, you'll play a key role within the pre-construction team, managing tenders from inception through to handover.Responsibilities include:Preparing detailed BOQs, take-offs and cost plans from drawings and specificationsManaging subcontractor tender packages and evaluating returned pricingIdentifying scope gaps,



buildability risks and value engineering opportunitiesProducing qualified and competitive tender submissionsWorking closely with Project Managers to align pricing with methodology and programme requirementsParticipating in post-tender reviews and project handoversDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliersAbout YouMinimum 5 years' estimating experience within commercial construction or fit-outStrong take-off and BOQ preparation skills with the ability to price from first principlesProven experience managing trade packages through the full tender processExcellent communication skills and the ability to present pricing with confidenceAbility to manage multiple tenders and work autonomouslyExposure to hospitality, heritage or specialist fit-out projects would be highly regardedExperience using CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar estimating softwareTrade qualifications or a Construction-related degree are both welcomedWhat's On OfferDiverse portfolio of commercial fit-out and hospitality projectsExposure to technically challenging heritage and refurbishment worksSupportive, close-knit team with direct access to senior leadershipOpportunity to influence and help grow the estimating functionLong-term career progression within a growing businessCompetitive salary package based on experienceSydney CBD office locationFor a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please contact Fraser Malloy on or
