Carlile Swim is looking for a Design & Content Assistant to join our Marketing & Customer team, based in our Sydney Support Office.This is a junior, hands on creative role where you'll work alongside experienced team members to create and adapt visual assets across digital, print and social channels.You'll also get involved in capturing and editing social content, including short form video, Reels and other digital content from across our swim schools.About the RoleCreate and adapt visual assets including social graphics, flyers, posters, signage and internal communicationsSupport creative design for campaigns across digital and printAdapt and resize existing creative for different channels and formatsCreate social media graphics and digital content using CanvaCapture photo and video content at our swim schools, events and campaignsEdit short form video, Reels, Stories and other social content using CapCutSupport content creation for organic and paid social channelsPrepare artwork for digital and print useHelp maintain brand templates, creative assets and campaign materialsWork with teams across Carlile Swim to capture authentic stories, milestones and moments from our centresContribute creative ideas to campaigns and marketing projectsAbout YouThis could be a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their design career who is ready to build their practical experience.You'll bring:A degree or qualification in Graphic Design,
