Job Description
Flanco is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead 2–3 supervisors on structures projects in a FIFO environment.
You will oversee earthworks, formwork and concreting, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and drive on-time delivery within budget while ensuring a secure workplace.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning, and the ability to mentor crews across formwork carpentry, concreting, steel fixers and operators.
Prior client liaison experience is essential.
