Uni Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for an immediate start to oversee a variety of civil construction projects across Recent South Wales, including government-delivered and privately delivered civil works.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standard.Key responsibilitiesLead and mentor site crews, subcontractors and plant operatorsEnsure compliance with WHS requirements, project specifications and quality standardsCoordinate labour, plant, materials and daily programmingLiaise with project managers, clients, inspectors and stakeholdersComplete site documentation, pre-starts, safety inspections and daily reportsPromote a positive team culture and maintain high productivity on siteAbout youProven experience as a Civil Supervisor,



or in a leading-hand role, within civil infrastructure or earthworks — minimum 5 yearsDemonstrated ability to interpret and implement plans, drawings and specifications on siteProven leadership of site crews, subcontractors and plant operatorsWorking knowledge of WHS legislation, ITPs and quality requirements, and the ability to enforce themStrong communication and people management skills, with the ability to liaise directly with clients and inspectorsHighly alert, attentive and proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilitySound understanding of civil construction methods, programming and daily site documentation
