As part of a high-performing legal team, you will:Support commercial transactions and provide advisory input across various business streamsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts suited to operational and project needsAdvise the business on matters relating to construction and planningAdvise the business on technology and privacy lawEngage with senior stakeholders to offer clear, commercial legal adviceManage general commercial disputes and help mitigate legal risk across business activitiesMonitor relevant legislative developments and assist with legal training and knowledge sharingContribute to legal and operational process improvements, including system automation where appropriateWhat type of person will be successful?
