The Aussie Hotel is a much-loved local pub serving hearty pub classics, fresh homemade dishes, functions and events.
With a busy summer period ahead, we're looking for experienced Chefs to join the team on a casual basis.
About the role
You'll work across busy lunch and dinner services, helping deliver consistent, quality food across our bistro and functions.
This is a hands-on role suited to chefs who enjoy a fast-paced pub environment and working as part of a team.
