This is a casual, day-work position with no guaranteed number of hours. Hours will vary depending on business requirements, guest arrivals and bookings. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Providing guests with information about their accommodation and the local area

Handling guest enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner

Responding to guest enquiries by phone and email

Taking and managing reservation bookings by phone and email
/n
Assisting guests with booking changes, extensions and general enquiries
/n
Processing payments and completing relevant booking and check-in documentation
/n
Communicating with guests before, during and after their stay
/n
Liaising with cleaners, maintenance staff and property managers regarding guest requirements
/n
Following up on guest issues and helping to resolve problems promptly
