As a Cook / Kitchen Team Member, you'll bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through fresh, high-quality food, consistency and teamwork.

You'll play a key role in delivering the Costa Taco experience, taking pride in every plate while working across prep, line, pass and kitchen support in a fast-paced environment. You'll also help create a strong sense of community by supporting your team and contributing to a kitchen where everyone works together.

Key Responsibilities /n

Prepare and cook food according to Costa Taco recipes, procedures and presentation standards.

/n
Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, consistency, speed and portion control.

/n
Work across prep, line, pass and kitchen support as required.

/n
Complete daily preparation, labelling, storage and stock rotation correctly.

/n
Restock service stations and support smooth lunch and dinner service.

/n
Follow Costa Taco systems, kitchen procedures and operational checklists consistently.

/n
Maintain a clean, organised and service-ready kitchen.

/n
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards, including temperature logs and sanitising procedures.

/n
Monitor and record food wastage and support stocktakes and inventory procedures.

/n




Communicate clearly with the Kitchen and Front of House teams throughout service.

/n
Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.
