Customer Service & Jewellery Design Consultant

Maleny Jewellers is looking for the right person to join our close-knit, family-owned jewellery showroom and workshop.

/n

This is more than a retail role. You’ll work one-on-one with clients through some of life’s most meaningful moments. From engagements and weddings to custom designs, remodelling and treasured pieces.

The role includes:

Helping clients choose and create beautiful jewellery

/n
Repairs & aftercare

/n
Liaising with our jewellers

/n
Creating the warm, personalised experience Maleny Jewellers is known for

/n

/n

We’re looking for someone warm, polished, organised and naturally positive with people , with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

/n

Jewellery, luxury retail or design experience is preferred, but not essential . We’re more interested in finding the right person.
