Macs Beach Cafe in Gosford is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a high-volume, seasonal operation.
You'll own kitchen leadership, rostering and labour management, menu development and costing, and drive profitability during peak periods.
Collaborate with ownership to identify opportunities, develop recent products and improve the offering for year-round appeal.
