About the Role
We're seekingRegisteredBehaviour Support Practitioners with a focus of Early Childhood who are ready to take the next step – either in acontractor capacityor as apermanent team member(If the right fit)




You'll work alongside a transdisciplinary crew of passionate Behaviour Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, OTs, and Speech Pathologists – all working toward real, sustainable outcomes for participants and their families.
Key bits of the role:
Develop and implement high-quality Interim and Comprehensive BSPs.
Provide training and coaching to support teams and families.
Engage in case discussions and cooperative planning (we love ideas!).
Use your voice in shaping how behaviour supportshouldfeel – practical, positive, and participant-first.

What You'll Bring
Current registrationas a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission PBS Capability Framework
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in working with / or has a background in Early Childhood.
Strong understanding ofPositive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, and restrictive practice legislation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A collaborative, kind, and flexible mindset – the Lime Rainbow way.
