Job Description
You will be one of the key points of contact between Auto Tread and our customers, assisting them with product enquiries, stock availability, orders and deliveries.
This role combines internal sales, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination and general administration, with the opportunity for the right person to develop into a broader sales and account management role.
Key responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally
Process and place customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with tyre sizes, patterns, applications, availability and product selection
Check stock availability, pricing and customer account information
Follow up quotations, enquiries and sales opportunities
Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with tyre shops, workshops and other trade customers
Coordinate freight, transport and customer deliveries
Liaise with warehouse, sales and management teams




Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems
About you
Previous internal sales, customer service or administration experience
Robust telephone communication and customer service skills
Confidence speaking with customers and identifying sales opportunities
Good computer and general IT skills
Experience with Costar and/or MYOB will be highly regarded
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and responsible
