Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS & Lead Generation
Worx Safety helps businesses across Australia simplify workplace safety management.
We're looking for an experiencedMarketing Managerwho can develop effective strategies, use data to improve performance and generate a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads for our sales team.
You'll own our lead generation strategy, from campaign planning and execution through to measuring results and improving conversion.
You'll work alongside graphic designers, social media specialists and UI/UX developers, providing clear briefs and direction to turn your strategy into effective campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing strategies that grow qualified inbound lead volume
Plan and optimise campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO, content and email
Analyse campaign performance, cost per lead and conversion rates to guide decisions
Manage marketing budgets and focus investment on channels that generate results
Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and track enquiries through to customers
Brief and coordinate graphic designers, social media specialists and UI/UX developers
Improve website and landing page conversion through testing and analysis




Build lead nurturing campaigns that turn interest into sales opportunities
Report clearly on performance, insights and next steps
About you
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
A proven ability to generate qualified inbound leads and contribute to sales growth
Strong strategic thinking backed by practical campaign experience
Confident analysing data, identifying trends and turning insights into action
Experience with paid advertising, analytics, Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools
Able to write transparent briefs and coordinate creative and digital specialists
Comfortable working closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Established in your marketing career, with ownership of budgets and measurable results
This role would suit someone established in their marketing career who wants room to make an impact.
Experience in B2B SaaS, workplace safety or a related field would be valuable, but strong strategic thinking, data analysis and a proven ability to generate qualified leads matter most.
