Summary:
We are seeking a Barista / Front of House professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible of preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, while providing excellent customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of both FOH & coffee making, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Your Role:
Operate coffee machines efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, work area, and dining area
Welcome guests with friendly and knowledgeable service
Take accurate orders, upsell menu items strategically, and handle payments promptly
Deliver food promptly to guests' tables
Check in on guest experience throughout their visit
Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly to ensure smooth service flow
What you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Barista
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
Strong understanding of customer service principles
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and cleanliness
