Mornington Peninsula Hotel is seeking a Sous Chef/Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Lead, train and supervise junior kitchen staff; manage food preparation, presentation, safety, and inventory.
Uphold standards, mentor the team, and contribute to menu development and cost control.
