Job Description

Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a part time Community Support Worker to deliver person-centred care under the Consumer Directed Care model across Coober Pedy. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, cleaning, transport and social support to aged, frail or disabled clients, helping them live independently at home or in residential facilities.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support, a current driver’s licence, and robust communication skills.
