An excellent prospect for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a well-established Owners Corporation business in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll provide high-level administrative and organizational support while helping keep the business running efficiently.

Provide executive support to senior management (Directors)
/n
Manage diaries, meetings and correspondence
/n
Prepare reports, documents and presentations
/n
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
/n
Assist with business administration and operations
/n
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
/n
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
/n

Previous Executive Assistant or senior administration experience
/n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
/n
Solid written and verbal communication skills
/n
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders

Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously

Owners Corporation / Strata experience highly regarded
/n
