Silver Chain Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Community Hospital In the Home Service at the Peel Delivery Centre. This permanent full time role offers a 9 day fortnight option and a pathway to drive high-quality home-based care.

You will lead, supervise and educate a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical guidance, and ensure adherence to the scope of nursing practice with a focus on positive client outcomes.
