We’re looking for friendly, reliable Casual Car Park Attendant to help patients, visitors and hospital staff enjoy a smooth parking experience.

/n

Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful, but not essential. A positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn are what we’re looking for.

What you’ll be doing /n

/n
Assisting customers with parking enquiries in person, over the phone and through the intercom

/n
Resolving basic ticket machine and boom gate issues

/n
Keeping the car park and equipment clean and tidy

/n
Completing shift logs and reporting equipment faults

/n
Following safety procedures and supporting daily car park operations

/n

What you’ll bring /n





/n
A friendly, patient approach and explicit communication skills

/n
Reliability and confidence handling customer enquiries

/n
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn parking equipment

/n
Willingness to assist with cleaning and basic maintenance

/n
A current driver’s licence and current transparent police check

/n
Availability for rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
