Job Description

Kenilworth Hotel & Brewery in Kenilworth, QLD, seeks a qualified full time Baker to lead the daily baking and production, craft artisan breads, pastries, pies and desserts, and ensure food safety.

/n

Reporting to Head Chef, you will manage prep, bake cycles, stock control, and maintain HACCP standards, with early morning shifts and weekend work.

/n

Ideal candidate holds Certificate III in Baking or Commercial Cookery, 2+ years in a high-volume bakery, and a commitment to quality.
