Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer with the ability to apply technical expertise in a way

which balances commercial profitability, QA adherence, risk management and project

leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust attention to detail, exceptional time

management and transparent communication skills with all members of project teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Execute electrical design, documentation, and contract administration.
Undertake design tasks in accordance with relevant codes, NCC and company standards/briefs.
Contribute to the development and constant improvement of internal processes such as design and calculation tools.
Engage clients proactively.

Knowledge and Skills




8+ years’ experience of electrical services design for buildings in Australia.
Experience with electrical design software tools such as PowerCAD, Dialix, AGI
Proficient in general design tools such as Bluebeam and MS Office.
Skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks are strongly desirable but not required.
Knowledge in National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
Robust organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with liaising with Clients and Business Development responsibilities
Ability to win and deliver projects
Diverse experience in a range of project types.
Experience in healthcare projects is advantageous.
Ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers.

Education & Experience
Hold a recognised Tertiary Engineering Qualification or other relevant qualification
