9 Day Fortnight, WFH Options & $1500 CPD Allowance

$1500 Professional Development Allowance
Optional to work a 9-day fortnight - enjoy long weekends every other week
Flexible start and finish times - early or late starts
Work-from-home options for non-client-facing tasks
Structured Induction and 1:1 Shadowing
Fortnightly supervision with a Senior OT (5+ years' experience)
Fortnightly Career development sessions (discipline-specific and multidisciplinary)
Very manageable caseload - 5 billables per day
Warm, supportive team with access to an Employee Assistance Program

Your Role:

Deliver high-impact therapy across the lifespan - and shape your caseload around your strengths and passions.



Keen to diversify beyond NDIS? You'll also have the chance to support clients through home care packages.
Conducting meaningful initial assessments
Designing tailored, evidence-based therapy plans
Writing explicit and outcome-focused NDIS reports and progress notes
Working hand-in-hand with clients, families and a dedicated multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
