Business Development & Marketing Executive /n

The Wideland Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to grow our business across South West Queensland and North West NSW. Our operations include:

/n

Motor vehicle, Machinery and Truck sales

/n

Automotive service

/n

Parts sales

/n

Machinery and equipment hire

About the Role /n

While Based in Toowoomba Qld, you will develop and deliver strategies to grow revenue, market share and the Wideland brand across all divisions — expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships and finding current opportunities.

/n

The role involves regular travel across the region to meet customers and attend industry and community events.

Key Responsibilities /n

Identify and develop recent business across all divisions, including wholesale vehicle and fleet sales.

/n

Grow service, parts, car rental and machinery hire revenue.

/n

Build strong relationships with commercial, agricultural, government and fleet customers.

/n

Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.

/n

Represent Wideland at field days, trade shows and community events.

/n





Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

/n

Work with branch managers to achieve growth targets.

/n

Proficiency in using a CRM system to manage customer relationships, track leads and plan sales activity

About You /n

You'll bring:

/n

Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing or account management .

/n

Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

/n

A self-motivated, proactive approach and the ability to work independently to targets.

/n

Positive presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.

/n

Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.

/n

A current driver's licence.

/n

Experience in automotive, transport, machinery, agriculture or rental is highly regarded but not essential.
