Job Description

Hammond Care Cardiff in NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our specialised dementia-focused residential care home on a part time basis. You will lead and mentor a team of Dementia Carers, support clinical assessments, and contribute to care planning under Hammond Care's Model of Care.

Working within a homelike workplace, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver relationship-based, person-centred care that values each resident.
