HR Officer | Part-Time 3-Month Contract/n

/n Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR professional looking for a flexible part-time prospect? We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join a busy team on a 3-month temporary assignment, working 24 hours per week across any three days between Monday and Thursday.

/n This role will support a range of core HR functions, ensuring employee records, compliance processes, and reporting requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently.

/n Your new role

/n As the HR Officer, you will provide administrative and operational HR support across a variety of activities, including:

/n

Coordinating and booking employee training programs

/n
Maintaining training attendance records and compliance checklists

/n
Supporting policy administration and document management

/n
Monitoring and maintaining employee licence and qualification records

/n
Preparing and analysing HR reports and workforce data

/n
Assisting with long service leave reporting and tracking

/n
Supporting HR compliance activities and employee records management

/n
Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation

/n

/nWhat you'll need to succeed /n

Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar role

/n
Sound understanding of general HR principles and practices

/n
Strong administrative and organisational skills

/n
Experience maintaining employee records and compliance documentation

/n
Ability to analyse HR data and prepare reports

/n
High attention to detail and accuracy

/n
Strong written and verbal communication skills

/n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

/n
