Job Description

AVID Property Group Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast or Brisbane CBD seeks an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will ensure accurate estimating and project reporting for built-form projects, leveraging Databuild, Bluebeam, Procure, and Voyager to drive cost-informed decisions.

The role emphasizes feasibility budgeting, tender analysis, and supplier negotiations in a team-oriented, growth-focused workplace. Experience preferred, with a solid knowledge of building regulations and codes.
