Job Description

cohealth invites applications for a part time, 0.6 FTE fixed term role until October 2027. Provide client-centred pharmacotherapy support as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with GPs to assess substance use and coordinate care.

You'll deliver high quality AOD services in the health centre, liaise with pharmacies and external services, and contribute to an inclusive workplace that supports staff to thrive.
