Position Available: Chef /n
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + super

Key Responsibilities /n

Relevant qualifications and/or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-quality establishment

/n
Sound knowledge of food, beverages, and wine

/n




Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills

Ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure

Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Skill & Experience /n

/n
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards

/n
Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control during service

/n
Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation

/n
Work across various kitchen sections including grill, larder, pasta, sauce, or pastry

/n
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner

/n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment

/n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times

/n
Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimising wastage

/n
Monitor food quality and report any issues to senior chefs

/n
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
