Birdcage Dining Room & Garden Bar is a 4.6-star restaurant located in the beautiful Tedder Ave, in Main Beach. We are a group that supports, develops, and values its staff with a strong management team and an experienced Head Chef.

About the role /n

We're looking for a Senior Chef to work in our modern, high-performance kitchen alongside a dedicated and passionate team, with support from a strong management team and experienced Head Chef.

Key responsibilities /n

Manage grill station operations

/n
Ensure high standards are maintained at all times

/n
Maintain focus on flavour, presentation, and consistency in every dish

/n
Demonstrate understanding of Food Safety, seasonal produce and food wastage

/n

About you /n

Classically trained professional with proven grill station experience

/n
Strong work ethic and calm, skilled presence in the kitchen

/n




Passion and drive for flavour, presentation, and consistency

Understanding of Food Safety, seasonal produce and food wastage

Closed on the majority of public holidays, Christmas, New Years
