Redcape Hospitalityis looking forChefs & Cooksto join the kitchen on acasual basis, with***** hours per week available.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook meals to recipe and presentation standards




Set up your section and keep prep on track for service
Work with the team to deliver orders accurately and on time
Help across kitchen sections during busy periods
Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food safety procedures
Support stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction
What we're looking for
Previous cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume pub or restaurant
Solid teamwork, communication and a reliable approach
Ability to stay organised and manage competing orders
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery desirable, but not essential
Availability across lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays, including occasional split shifts
