My client is a long‐established Australian FMCG organisation with deep Asian heritage.
As the business continues to grow and modernise, we're seeking a capable and pragmatic HR Manager to strengthen people practices, drive organisational development and support meaningful change.
The business is looking to hire a progressive HR leader who can operate strategically while staying close to the day‐to‐day.
You'll partner directly with the CEO and sit on the executive team, helping shape culture, capability and organisational direction.
Key focus areas
Build and embed L&D;, leadership development and capability programsSupport organisational development and lead change initiatives, including ERP adoptionIntroduce succession planning frameworks and uplift leadership capabilityProvide hands‐on HR support across production,



logistics and corporate teamsMaintain compliance, policies and HR governance in a low‐complexity ER workplace

You'll also have support from an experienced HR Assistant, plus external ER support when needed.
