In this role, you will support educators throughout the centre to deliver SDN's innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building solid, meaningful relationships with children and families.About The RoleThis role will include:Working flexibly as a float educator across all age groups and roomsSupporting educators with daily routines, learning experiences and transitions across the centreCreating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment.Supporting children's physical, emotional, and developmental needsAssist in the observation and evaluation of the children's developmental needsSupporting routines that promote flexibility, trust, security, smooth transitions and wellbeing of the children at all times.Building strong respectful relationships with children and families.About YouA Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with full working rightsRelevant work experience in a similar role (minimum 6 -12months essential)Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning FrameworkDemonstrated understanding of the National Quality StandardsWorking with Children Check and current Senior First Aid qualificationSound understanding of the development of children, their health,
