hybrid and laminate flooringShowcase rugs and complementary products where appropriatePrepare quotes, follow up enquiries and support customers through the sales processBuild strong customer relationships and contribute to showroom sales targetsWork collaboratively with the wider Payless team to help deliver a smooth customer experience from selection through to installationAbout YouYou'll be positive, confident and professional, with a genuine motivation for sales and customer service.
You'll ideally have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or sales - or simply bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.You'll also bring:Excellent communication and listening skillsA consultative approach and the ability to build rapport quicklyConfidence discussing products, style and value with customersFull Australian working rights - we are unable to support sponsorship applicationsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughA proactive, reliable and team-oriented approachA results-focused mindset and enthusiasm for achieving sales outcomes
