The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent and high-quality finishes in line with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing work areas and ensuring surfaces are ready for plasteringMixing materials and selecting the appropriate products for each jobApplying plaster using different techniques depending on the surfaceEnsuring straight edges, clean corners,



and smooth finishesCarrying out patching and touch-ups when requiredInstalling and working safely with scaffolding and equipmentMaintaining tools and keeping the work area clean and organisedFollowing instructions from site supervisors and project requirementsWorking efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlinesSkill & ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in solid plastering or renderingGood understanding of different plastering methods and materialsAbility to produce neat and consistent finishesReliable, punctual and able to work on construction sitesGood communication skills and ability to work in a teamPhysically fit and capable of handling manual tasksRelevant qualification (preferred but not essential)
