Job Description
Next Payments is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide desktop and remote support across all offices and remote teams.
You will resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, set up new user accounts and maintain security standards while keeping staff productive and informed.
You will work under the Head of IT and Business Systems in Cheltenham, supporting AV and office tech, managing tickets, and helping improve IT processes and automation in a cooperative, friendly team.
