Job Description
Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn – O'Connor ACT is seeking a Seniors in Networked Communities (SINC) Administrator to coordinate CHSP aged care services across the ACT and Southern Highlands.
You will support referrals, onboarding, rostering, and client records in a person-centred, wellness-focused approach aligned with My Aged Care plans.
