Job Description
Starting within the Renewals Team, you'll assist with managing existing client policies through the renewal process while building your insurance knowledge and experience.
You'll work alongside experienced insurance professionals while developing your knowledge of clients, insurance products, insurers and broking processes.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with upcoming client renewals
Gathering and confirming renewal information with clients
Obtaining and comparing quotations from insurers
Preparing renewal and quotation options for clients
Liaising with insurers, underwriters and premium funders
Following up clients regarding renewals, quotations and outstanding information
Assisting with policy amendments and endorsements
Preparing and issuing policy documentation
Maintaining accurate client and policy information within systems
Developing knowledge of insurance products, underwriting requirements and broking processes
About you
A confident and professional communicator
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Confident using computer systems and learning recent software




Customer-focused and comfortable speaking with clients
A team player who is willing to learn and take on responsibility
Motivated to develop a long-term career within insurance
Previous experience in insurance, financial services, administration, sales or customer service would be highly regarded, but is not essential
Insurance certification and training provided
Hands-on training from an experienced insurance team
