Job Description
Department of Energy, Setting and Climate Action in Victoria is seeking a Senior Advisor, Industrial Relations to provide expert advice to managers and staff on IR matters, including public sector enterprise bargaining under the government's Wages Policy.
The role works with the DEECA Finance team and other Treasury and Finance stakeholders to ensure bargaining positions and workforce initiatives are informed by robust financial modelling and affordability analysis.
