Job Description
Mars Incorporated is seeking an Internal Communications & Social Impact Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne, VIC.
You will engage Associates across Australia and New Zealand, lead internal communications, and drive culture, volunteering and community initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in internal communications, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering CSR or social impact programs, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.
