Job Description
Asina Services is looking for a casual Disability Support Practitioner in Armidale to pick up 9 hours a week, starting as soon as possible: Tuesday 10:00am to 1:00pm, Wednesday 10:30am to 12:30pm, Thursday 10:30am to 12:30pm and Friday 10:30am to 12:30pm.
The shifts support several participants in their homes, including a couple supported together, with meal prep, daily living assistance and everyday household tasks, following each person's set routine in a set order every time.
It would suit someone patient, reliable and organised who takes direction well and understands why doing things correctly and predictably matters; experience supporting someone with OCD or anxiety is a plus.
9 hours is a starting point, not the whole job.




Asina is growing across Recent South Wales and new participants and shifts come up all the time; current team members are offered them first.
There is room to move into team leader, key worker and other senior roles with experience.
Pay:SCHADS Level 2.1 casual, $***** an hour plus 12% super.Mandatory clearances:NDIS Worker Screening Check, NSW Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).
Patient, reliable, understands the value of a steady routine; NSW driver's licence; NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).
