MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE BUT ARE NOT RESTRICTED TO
Stock control for Kitchen operations
Quality control of meals being served to customers
Back of house rostering and staff management
Developing menu offerings in conjunction with management
Ensure kitchen meets all required health, safety and other regulations
Estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and other kitchen team members




Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Preparing and cooking food
Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
May select and train other team members
Any other tasks deemed suitable by management
EXPERIENCE
Previous chef/cook experience, Cert III/IV and 2 years work experience or at least 3 years relevant experience (ideal but not necessarily required)
PERFORMANCE GOALS
To be defined with management on an ongoing basis

7 Day operation
Morning shift, Afternoon shift, Day shift, Evening shift
Flexible hours
Rotating roster
Available positions for causal, part-time & full-time
