Job Description
If you have an interest intreasury financeincorporatingtechnical accountingand are looking to work on complex, bespoke engagements and transactions with a focus onIFRS 9andhedge accounting, as well as providing ongoing treasury finance operations, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Provision of outsourcedderivative accountingfor a diverse client base
Delivery of bespokehedge accounting solutionsfor client transactions and business activities
Continual client engagement, serving as their subject matter expert on various aspects ofIFRS 9
Treasury financial management andtreasury reportingincluding securitisation finance
Engagement with global counterparts on various projects
Ad hoc project engagements for clients as required
Experience:
CA/CPA qualifiedor close to qualification
Interest in technical accounting, and in particularIFRS 9
Understanding offinancial instrumentsis highly valued
Proven background intreasury accounting or securitisation
Solid communicator, and an ability to work with a diverse client base
Diligent approach to researching solutions for unique scenarios
