Executive Assistant to the CEO

You'll need to be comfortable with shifting priorities, close oversight, and direct feedback - and still deliver consistently.
The Role
This is not a passive admin role.
You will act as thecentral coordination pointacross the business, supporting the CEO andproject managing execution across finance, marketing, HR and SEO teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, scheduling, and travel (including periods of irregular hours when travelling)
Tracking priorities, decisions, and follow-ups across finance, marketing, SEO, and operations




Project managing internal workflows to ensure teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and nothing slips
Coordinating with contractors, agencies, and internal team members to keep work moving
Preparing agendas, documenting actions, and following up relentlessly
Supporting new hire onboarding and contractor coordination
Drafting and organising internal and external communications
Creating structure - and maintaining it
This role suits someone who canhold many threads at once, work under close direction, and still think independently about what needs to happen next.
Working Style & Expectations
Part time to start (approx. 5-10 hours per week)
Hours must beflexible, particularly when the CEO is travelling
Hybrid role:4 hours per week onsite with the CEO
Located in or nearByron Bay(office is 10 minutes from Mullumbimby), with remote work the rest of the time
You'll be working with a CEO who is highly involved in day-to-day decisions, expects responsiveness, and values momentum over perfection.
