We're partnering with a respected and growing infrastructure contractor to appoint aSenior Project Managerto lead complex water, utilities and multidisciplinary projects across South East Queensland.
You'll combine project delivery, commercial leadership and technical expertise acrossmajor tenders, live projects and emerging project leaders, with the opportunity to influence how the business plans, prices and delivers its work.

What You'll Do
Leadcomplex water, utilities and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from planning through to successful delivery.
Driveprogramme, cost, claims, variations, subcontractor performance and reporting, keeping commercial and delivery decisions on track.
Collaborateacross precontracts and project teams to develop practical, commercially sound bids that can be delivered successfully.
Manageclient, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships while maintaining clear accountability for safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
Support and developProject Managers and emerging leaders,



providing guidance through challenging delivery issues and increasing project complexity.
About You
You're an experienced Project Manager who can operate confidently across both thetechnical and commercial sides of infrastructure delivery.
Engineering degree or relevant infrastructure qualification, with5+ years' industry experienceand at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Senior project management experience acrosscomplex water, utilities or multidisciplinary construction, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering or construction.
Proven commercial judgement, including experience withtendering, project finances, negotiations, claims and variations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to manage clients, subcontractors and project teams through challenging delivery environments.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Project and Excel, plus an open driver licence, Construction Induction Card, Senior First Aid, CPR and Confined Space Entry.
Knowledge of pump fundamentals is also required; RPEQ, GC21, electrical awareness, wastewater operations, Working at Heights or EWP credentials are advantageous.
