Job Description
Yarra Valley Grammar in Ringwood, Victoria, is seeking an accomplished Head of People and Culture to join the Executive team and build a contemporary, strategic function supporting the workforce, culture and priorities.
As the inaugural role, you will shape workforce planning, organisational design, culture, leadership development and workforce analytics, reporting to the Principal and working closely with senior leaders.
